The people living poverty line and who are in need of the basic needs of life are the ones who need the special attention in our progressive society. Through counseling and rehabilitation programs we can help them get their life back on track, which will help them improve their social status in the society. As a society at whole, we have the collective responsibility of looking out for the weak and poverty stricken individuals in our society. Each and every person has the moral obligation of helping ones who are around them and in need of dire attention. Most of the white collar people like these, won’t go someone to ask for help because it is against their integrity and even when they go and ask for help the society and its members aren’t readily to help such an individual. Others who are foundbegging need to go through a series of counseling in which they are educated about their rights and also about religion. Since Islam is the religion that prohibits Muslims from begging from anybody else than the One Supreme Being. The poor people sometimes opt for the wrong ways to make money and get involved in different addictions as well. For such people rehabilitation is a very helpful way to make them get over their addiction and it also helps them to lead a better life. Educating them also creates their ability of differentiating between the good and bad, since it is very important for a person to realize themselves what is wrong and what is right. Therefore such activities and institutes help these people be a part of a society,  be an active constructive individual of the society who can give back to the society.
